Refund Policy

How to request a refund
Email jgarci.lugo+clipforge@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase. Include your Gumroad order number if you have it (you do not need it — your email is enough).
You do not need to explain why. You do not need to send screenshots or logs. You do not need to uninstall first.
Refunds are processed through Gumroad and typically appear on your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
When the policy applies
- Within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- One refund per customer per product.
- The Lifetime tier is included.
When the policy does not apply
- Renewals on the Starter or Pro monthly/yearly plan are not separately refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time; the cancellation prevents the next billing cycle but does not refund the current one. The 14-day refund applies to the original purchase, not to renewal cycles.
- API charges made with your own key are between you and the selected AI provider and are not refundable by the Vendor.
Cancellation (separate from refund)
To cancel a recurring subscription:
- Sign in to Gumroad with the email you purchased from.
- Go to "Library" → "Memberships" → ClipForge.
- Click "Cancel membership."
Cancellation is immediate at the end of the current billing period.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of emailing for a refund, the Vendor reserves the right to deactivate the associated license key. Please email first — refunds are faster and simpler that way.
