ClipForge

Refund Policy

Effective date: 2026-06-01

14 days. No questions. Full refund.

This voluntary ClipForge policy adds to, and does not replace, rights provided by mandatory law or Gumroad's buyer terms. Gumroad is the merchant of record for current ClipForge purchases.

How to request a refund

Email jgarci.lugo+clipforge@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase. Include your Gumroad order number if you have it (you do not need it — your email is enough).

You do not need to explain why. You do not need to send screenshots or logs. You do not need to uninstall first.

Refunds are processed through Gumroad. ClipForge sets this voluntary refund policy and reviews requests; Gumroad provides the transaction infrastructure and may also issue refunds or administer disputes under its own terms. Approved card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.

When the policy applies

When the policy does not apply

Cancellation (separate from refund)

To cancel a recurring subscription:

  1. Open your Gumroad receipt, or sign in to the Gumroad Library with the email you purchased from and open ClipForge.
  2. Choose "Subscription settings" or "Manage membership."
  3. Cancel the membership.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues through the current billing period. After Gumroad marks the membership ended, ClipForge removes paid access on a later eligible online license verification. Remaining offline or keeping the app continuously open can delay that verification.

Chargebacks

Gumroad administers payment disputes and chargebacks as merchant of record; the Vendor may need to provide information or cover resulting amounts under Gumroad's terms. A license may be deactivated after a full refund, successful chargeback, reversed payment, or ended subscription. Please request a refund first when possible; it is usually faster than a bank dispute.
